When you should change the driving direction, unload the vibrating screen vibrator belt pulley from the balance wheel, reinstall it to the other side’s balance wheel and fasten it.Make sure the vibrating screen belt has enough slide adjustment, to ensure the groove of the two belt pulley can be one to one correspondence in their flat surface.
After the installation and the adjusting, there will be at least 2 hours to running-in, so vibrating screen must operating reposeful, no abnormal noise, the swing and the the motion trail are match the requirment, the vibrating screen bearing’s highest temperature can not above 75 centigrade.If vibrating screen is eligible after the running-in, we can put it into running-in loading, the vibrating screen running-in loading time can be decided as to the process and startup requirement.We must turn the vibration exciter before running-in. if vibrating screen has no jammed phenomenon and it can turn flexibly, we can open the vibrating screen machine.
